Imara is a Swahili word that meals “solid” or “stable” and is a blend of coffees produced by multiple smallholder farming cooperatives in Central & Western Kenya.
It represents a solid, consistent coffee processed using the typical Kenyan standard of full washing, pulping, soaking, fermentation, and drying on raised beds.
This medium to full-bodied coffee has a light, green apple acidity, buttery mouthfeel, dry notes of pecan, and syrupy sweetness.
