This coffee is exclusively produced by 16 coffee farmers in the region of San Martín in the Moyobamba province. These 16 producers are all smallholders, with farms no larger than 3 hectares each, all being at 1700-1800masl.
During the harvest season, the entire families and relatives come to help pick and process the coffee beans. They also take good care of their land, resulting in great quality.
The cup displays caramel and citrus notes, a juicy body and long-lasting aftertaste.
