COLOMBIA POPAYAN

Located in the Colombian massif, and sheltered by the Andes, the Popayan plateau generates a highly consistent climate year-round, which makes this Colombian one of the country’s most outstanding origins.

Coffee farms in the region are mostly less than 5 hectares, and there are also several indigenous groups that have been growing coffee for decades.

This group of 32 growers has been hand-selected because of their outstanding consistency and cup profile, and the high quality of the beans means their coffees are priced well above the standard market rate.
