Ethiopia is famous as coffee's birthplace - while it's long coffee history predates written records, today the coffees from Ethiopia retain their heirloom coffee with an incredible variety of flavours. Arabica plants are native to Ethiopia, and many of the Arabia varieties now cultivated worldwide have their genetic roots in wild coffee growing in Ethiopian forests.
This Yirgacheffe has been selectively handpicked and processed using an anaerobic (without oxygen) method, resulting in luscious fruit flavours.
Best experienced as a black filter or cold brew.
