This medium roast is sourced from two of South America’s most breathtaking terrior; Colombia and Peru.  

Colombian coffee is renowned for its rich, well-balanced flavor profile and medium body. This origin often exhibits a perfect harmony of acidity and sweetness, with notes of chocolate, nuts, and fruit.

Peruvian coffee is popular for its smooth, mild flavor and gentle acidity. The result is a coffee that's both complex and yet not intimidating, with a medium body and refined notes of cocoa, butterscotch & citrus fruit.

Balanced and smooth, combining Colombia’s bright citrus tang with Peru’s softer, sweeter acidity. Smells like caramel, honey, and roasted nuts, layered with hints of citrus and a touch of floral elegance.
